I am typically very nervous when it comes to looking at new vehicles, I've had a lot of experiences in the past elsewhere that felt "pushy", and always felt like I was being pressured. I decided to give Highland Nissan a try. They had an excellent online application that was super easy to fill out. I spoke with Jimmy the next day and we went over all the options. Not once did I feel like I was being upsold or being sold to, it was a fantastic consultative experience. The whole experience was the most painless car purchase I've ever made, I was in and out with my new vehicle in an hour. Was looking to buy the new Murano. Had called Mike, discussed a few options over the phone and went in later to finalize the options. Service was amazing. Everything was explained in detail. Also dealt with Allan from financing and Colin "the techy-gadgety guru" (lol). All of you made it easier getting a new car as it can be very overwhelming sometimes. Best service ever.
